ENGAGE 2.0 is Recover Guyana's Green Entrepreneurship Programme, delivered in partnership with Scotiabank Guyana to equip young people with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to build sustainable businesses and contribute to Guyana's green economy. Building on the success of the pilot programme, ENGAGE 2.0 expanded into Regions 2 and 4 in 2026, empowering 110 young people and increasing the programme's cumulative impact to 273 young entrepreneurs nationwide. Through practical training, mentorship, and financial literacy, participants develop innovative business ideas that promote environmental sustainability, economic resilience, and community development.

The programme delivers a comprehensive entrepreneurship experience through training in green business development, sustainability, business planning, digital marketing, financial literacy, employability, and business management. Participants also benefit from mentorship by industry professionals, a Business Refresher Clinic for previous graduates, and networking opportunities that strengthen their entrepreneurial journey. As part of Recover Guyana's commitment to supporting youth-led innovation, GYD $2 million in seed funding was awarded to 20 outstanding entrepreneurs whose business concepts demonstrated exceptional innovation, sustainability, and long-term viability.
